Estimates provided through our online calculator are approximate and based on information submitted. The final price will be confirmed during the inspection before work begins. Toit Propre reserves the right to adjust the price if the actual condition differs significantly from the description provided.
A deposit is required to confirm a booking. The deposit amount is: $50 for totals under $800; $75 for totals between $800 and $1,500; $100 for totals over $1,500. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled intervention.
Payment is currently accepted by Interac e-transfer. The balance is due on the day of the work, upon completion of the service. We plan to add card payment in the near future.
We offer a 2-year guarantee on our work. If black streaks, moss or algae reappear within this timeframe due to our treatment, we will return at no additional charge. This guarantee excludes damage caused by extreme weather events, mechanical damage, or conditions not related to our treatment.
Toit Propre reserves the right to postpone a service in case of unfavorable weather conditions (freezing temperatures, high winds, heavy rain) without additional charges or penalties.
Toit Propre is not responsible for pre-existing defects on the roof not reported before the intervention. An inspection report will be provided before and after each service.
